Community Action will be a leader in creating and supporting programs that help individuals and communities succeed. We will be trusted for our effectiveness and our commitment to quality and we will be recognized for our ability to listen to and empower people. By 2010 Community Action aims to garner community involvement and investment necessary to achieve a network of 1000 “friends” to move at least 100 people towards economic self-sufficiency annually.
