ARRA Funding is additional support to the Skills Enhancement Program which provides 35 low-wage workers with financial and employment support that will lead to new employment in "green jobs" or demand occupations. Around 85% of participants that complete the program will secure employment in their field of study and realize salary increases of $2.50 to $4.00 per hour. 40% of participants will be from Evansville and/or Walworth County.
