Provide weatherization assistance to 457 households, including 196 funded with ARRA through June 2010	Activities will begin in October, 2009. Ramp-up funding for the positions was provided by the state using current Weatherization funding mechanisms.	Completed a total of 168 jobs through Dec. 2009 including 14 ARRA  Funded jobs. There are currently 52 funded ARRA jobs in progress.
