Must be currently actively enrolled in a CAI self-sufficiency program & be referred by a Case Manager. Some services are restricted & available only to eligible HUB & Fatherhood clients.
*******Not all program participants are eligible and/or appropriate for “Front-End Center” services. Final acceptance is determined after completion of application. No-one is required to participate; nor entitled to services.
