Beloit Fresh Start is an education and job-training program at-risk youth opportunities for youth to help themselves while helping others in the community. Youth are enrolled full-time. Half of their time is spent in an intensive individualized educational program to complete their high school education, with the remainder of their time is spent on a construction site.
