Teen Parent Connections

The Teen Parent Connections (TPC) is open to any Beloit area pregnant or parenting teen - male or female - between the ages of 13 and 21.  The program offers personalized case management and support groups.  Participants are also connected with community resources that can help them in becoming more self-sufficient.
