The new Pathways Center will house the former Helping Urban Beloit (HUB) support services that assist Rock County/Beloit area youth in achieving greater family stability, stronger skills in daily living and parenting, and increased self-sufficiency today and into the future.  Participants in Pathways Center Programs receive help in finding housing, putting together a resume to find a good job and getting their High School Diploma, GED or attending technical school or college.
