Eviction prevention counseling is available primarily during the late spring/early summer when FEMA assistance funds are available. Rental counseling is available to homeless households at Twin Oaks Shelter in Walworth County and participants in the Shelter Plus Care Program.This counseling is only available in Walworth County.
