Quality Apartment Homes at affordable rents are available to seniors age 55+ or individuals who are disabled.  To date, Community Action has developed 125 apartment units throughout Rock and Walworth Counties, helping hundreds of renters secure safe, quality housing they can afford.  Income limits do apply, but many senior and/or disabled adults qualify.  Community Action currently offers the following apartment home communities:
