Transitional Living Program
The Transitional Living Program (TLP) is open to homeless parents between the ages of 18 and 21 who are willing to reside in the City of Beloit. Participants receive rent assistance and direct assistance, intensive case management, employment workshops, educational support and parenting and life skills trainings.
