After a three-year hiatus, the Evansville Week of the Young Child committee is happy to announce the return of the Family Fun Night on Friday, April 14th from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the Levi Leonard Elementary School gym. This celebration is free and open to the Evansville community. All are invited to come join in the fun. There’s no need for parents to worry about dinner; food will be available for purchase at inexpensive prices with proceeds supporting 4K field trips.
Many community organizations will be there to provide “hands on” fun for the children, including animal rescue groups, 4-H animals and projects, seed planting, games, arts and crafts, eye testing, sports sign-ups, and more. Mr. Steve will return to do a sing-a-long with the children. The family celebration night has always been a big hit with attendance reaching more than 500 adults and children.
